May 17/18 - Calabogie TRAC School

This is a two day Pro6 TRAC School expereince - May 17 and 18 at Calabogie Motorsport Park. 

Our innovative program will combine a detailed theory segment with on track instruction in order to allow track riders and racers to get the most out of their machines and themselves.

The two day courses will include an in depth analysis of the theory behind performance riding and racing.

Run once a year, this program has sold out each season since it’s launch 9 years ago. Whether you are a seasoned trackday rider looking for a few seconds, a first time rider to Calabogie, or an aspiring racer looking for tips and tricks for Canada’s best, we take great care to match each student and coach not only based on their on track goals, but their personalities to ensure a great time had by all.

• Throttle management
• Braking techniques
• Shift points and techniques
• Visual queues
• Assessing your environment
• Body position as it pertians to corner entry, apex, exit, straights
• Line selection
• Detailed explanation of chassis geometry components and how they impact the handling of your machine
• The benefits of setting up ergonomics and controls correctly
• Chassis set up and maintenance
• Understanding sag and the theory behind it
• Identifying and resolving handling issues
• The misunderstood art of off-track debriefing
• Technical and mental preparation

• Three different levels of curriculum customized to cover everything from entry level track riding all the way to racers trying to shave off valuable seconds
